Enhanced DBS Certified Carers
At Liaison Care, we employ all of our own carers to ensure we can always provide quality support. Our team is made up of friendly and caring people who are passionate about care. They are all referenced with enhanced DBS checks conducted for complete peace of mind. We also require all our PAs to hold a current, valid Care Certificate.
Perfect Partners for Seamless Care
When it comes to our partnership with June’s Care, we often compare it to driving a hybrid car. The car gets you from A to B, using petrol and electric for different stages of the journey. As the driver or passenger, you don’t notice the transition between the two - it’s automatic and smooth! This is the same when it comes to our care.
Self-Employed Carers
Currently, Liaison Care is not CQC registered, therefore as a company, we are not able to carry out any regulated care. We are currently working towards being CQC registered to ensure our clients’ total peace of mind, but this is why we work alongside June’s Care. Carers that work within June’s Care are all self-employed which allows them to provide excellent care without CQC registration. Any self-employed PAs with an agreement to work directly with an individual do not need to be CQC registered.

Our aim to improve services means that we will not only learn from where we need to make changes for the better, but we will also learn from what we do well.
Positive Feedback is always appreciated, and in most cases will be made public to our staff members to enable us to congratulate the team or even the individual.
Complaints will be acknowledged and can be made verbally or in writing. We will give an approximate time frame in which we would expect the complaint to be concluded. The complaint will be fully investigated and the result will be discussed with who it may concern and include lessons learnt. If a complaint is going to take longer to investigate than originally anticipated, you will be informed and given a new expected completion date. We will also inform the complainant by letter or email.
