Liaison Care is a small family-run company who are passionate about providing exemplary care in the community of Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Set up in early 2023, we offer companionship and hobby enhancement / fulfilment that keeps respect and passion at the heart of every visit. We endeavour to provide the highest standard to person-centred care to our clients, ensuring we maintain dignity, privacy, and our clients’ choices are respected. With our passion for homecare, we have progressed to a point where we are working towards CQC enrolment, and this is imminent.

It may be to hold an arm whilst they go on a walk in the park that they wouldn’t consider doing on their own or to bake with them to support their local good cause.

Our aim to improve services means that we will not only learn from where we need to make changes for the better, but we will also learn from what we do well.
Positive Feedback is always appreciated, and in most cases will be made public to our staff members to enable us to congratulate the team or even the individual.
Complaints will be acknowledged and can be made verbally or in writing. We will give an approximate time frame in which we would expect the complaint to be concluded. The complaint will be fully investigated and the result will be discussed with who it may concern and include lessons learnt. If a complaint is going to take longer to investigate than originally anticipated, you will be informed and given a new expected completion date. We will also inform the complainant by letter or email.
